Q: Does your company have a minimum piece requirement when placing an order?
A: Embroidery and screen print orders have a 12-piece minimum per logo. Promotional products and digital printing minimum quantities vary. We can print as few as one sign or banner. The minimum invoice amount is $20.00. Exceptions may be made for special cases.

Q: What state do your goods ship out of?
A: Our goods ship out of our warehouse in Tyler, Texas.

Q: For apparel, is there anything I can give to my customer to help them choose sizes or to pass out as a guide to their employees?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of styles and can send you the shirt specs once you have chosen a style. We may be able to loan you actual samples or you may purchase samples that can be used in your eventual order.

Q: Do you have samples of printed materials, invitations, blank apparel, and promotional products I can look at/ feel?
A: Yes, we have samples of many of the different products we offer. You may request to look at samples or purchase samples before ordering. Press proofs are not considered samples.

Q: Do you have a list of brands of clothing you offer?
A: Yes, go to the resource tab to see many of the lines we carry. We can get a wide variety, so if the brand is not listed, please inquire.

Q: Can Impressive Image Works help me set up logos for my customer?
A: Impressive Image Works has a full service graphic design department to create, modify designs, and digitize them at competitive prices.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Returns cannot be accepted unless the printed item has a defect upon delivery. The customer is responsible for carefully proofing the art proofs for spelling, art size specifications, and all details. We do not print or embroider items unless the proof is approved and signed.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept all major forms of credit cards. You may call in your credit card #, send payment via Venmo, or have your physical card swiped in person. We also accept checks and cash.

Q: How do I get set up with open payment terms?
A: To apply for terms, we ask that you download & complete one of the following Credit Applications listed below. Once completed, please print and fax the form to our Accounting Department at 903-593-6647, or save and attach the form in an email to
